Mornay Sauce

Ingredients
  Gruyere cheese 2 Ounce
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Insert shredding disk in work bowl; shred cheese.
In saucepan melt butter or margarine; blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add shredded cheese and wine; stir over low heat till cheese is melted.
Serve with fish, poultry, or vegetables.
