Warm Crab Bisque

Ingredients
  Onion 1
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger slice 2 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Crab 2 Can (20 oz)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, melt butter.
2) Add onion and saute till soft.
3)Add remaining ingredients except the cream and wine and saute to blend all flavors.
4) Simmer till well heated.
5)Before serving add the cream and wine.

SERVING
6) Ladle the hot bisque into warm soup bowls and serve with crusty bread
