|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
1. In a pan, melt some butter, to foam.
2. In a liquidizer, or blender, place the egg yolks, water, lemon juice with seasoning and blend for few seconds.
3. In the midst of this, pour the melted butter, to amalgamate for thick and creamy sauce.
4. Adjust taste, and serve with asparagus, broccoli or poached salmon.
