Cayenne Flavored Hollandaise Sauce
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Process egg yolks along with cayenne and lemon juice in a blender to a smooth mixture.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add to the egg mixture, while continuing to blend, slowly. Process for few more seconds to thicken the Blender Hollandaise Sauce.
3. Use as desired.
