Ingredients
  Eggs 4 , separated
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 10 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Vanilla bean 1
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Beat egg whites with salt and sugar until stiff.
2) Boil milk and add vanilla bean.
3) Pour the egg white slowly in the boiling milk and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4) Take out the poached eggs and drain.
5) Blend egg yolks, milk, sugar, and the poaching milk to make a custard.
6) In a dish, strain it and drizzle brandy.
7) Let it cool.

SERVING
8) Top with poached eggs and serve.
