Liqueured Cherry Crepes

Ingredients
  Butter 6 Ounce, softened
  Castor sugar 2 Ounce
  Kirsch 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen cherries 12 Ounce, thawed and stoned
  Frozen pancakes 8 , thawed (7 Inch)
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large bowl and cream four ounces of butter along with sugar, lemon juice and Kirsch
2. In a frying pan, melt the rest of the butter and heat cherries in it
3. On each of the 8 pancakes, evenly divide the creamed butter mixture and fold into four
4. Place these pancakes into the frying pan with cherries in it and heat gently for fifteen minutes or so
5. Let the butter melt and form the sauce

SERVING
6. Add brandy and heat for another minute before serving
