Stuffed French Bread
|French bread loaf||1|
|Cottage cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Oleo||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
Cut off ends of bread and hollow out.
Combine cottage cheese, melted oleo, onion, paprika, mustard, caraway seeds and 1/2 cup of the bread you removed, crumbled.
Stuff hollowed bread with mixture.
Cut in rather thick slices and broil to golden brown.
