Shell Shaped Cookies
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Heaping)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter in mixer bowl until light.
Add confectioners' sugar gradually, mixing constantly until fluffy.
Beat in egg and flavorings.
Add enough flour to form dough; mix well.
Press evenly into sandbakkel tins.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
Tap tins gently to remove cookies.
Cool on wire rack.
