French Dressing Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar/White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl mix vinegar, salt, and pepper with a fork.
Add oil and mix vigorously until well blended and slightly thickened.
Use to dress green or vegetable salads.
