Quick Blender Hollandaise

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 4
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Hot)
  Chopped parsley 3 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender, blend the egg yolks, lemon juice along with salt and pepper at high speed for 30 seconds
2. Melt the butter and add it to the misture in the blender, drop by drop, blending it
3. As the mixture begins to thicken, pour the butter in a steady stream, gradually, though
4. After half the butter has been blended, add the rest faster and blend until the mixture assumes the texture of satin and turns thick

SERVING
5. Garnish with chopper parsley before serving
