French Breakfast Puffs

Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together.
Cream 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar and egg in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Stir in dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
Dip puffs in 1/3 cup melted butter; roll in mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Serve hot.
