French Or Green Beans with Cheese
|French beans/Green beans||445 Gram (1 Pound)|
|Butter||30 Gram (1 Pound)|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheddar cheese||115 Gram (4 Ounce)|
1) To prepare the beans, cut them into short lenths. Steam for about 10 minutes ot till the beans are softened.
2) On a serving dish, mix together the melted butter, salt and crushed garlic.
3) After the beans have cooked properly, toss them in the butter mix.
4) Sprinkle cheese all over and stir to evenly distribute it.
5) Serve right away.
