French Toasted Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 9 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry bread slices 12
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine tuna, celery, onion, relish, and mayonnaise.
Spread tuna mixture on six slices of bread; top with remaining slices.
Combine eggs, milk and vanilla.
Dip sandwiches into egg mixture to coat each side.
Brown in hot oil in a hot skillet or on griddle, about 3 minutes on each side.
