Sherried Fruit Melange

|Halved strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Ones)|
|Watermelon balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cantaloupe balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced fresh pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Cubed)|
|Seedless white grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried mint||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine the fruit and mix.
2) Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour all over the fruit mixture, lightly tossing.
3) Cover and chill mixture for about 2 to 3 hours.
4) Serve chilled.
