Crabmeat Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Half Parmesan And Half American)
  Lump crabmeat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Carefully Pick Out Any Shell Pieces)
  Cream/Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Melt butter, add crabmeat and saute 3 minutes.
Add cornstarch mixed with cream and egg yolk.
Cook until thick; season with salt, and pour into buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350° only until cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
May be baked in individual casseroles.
Serves 2-4.
