French Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 4
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Quart
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl beat the egg yolks and keep it ready.
2) In a saucepan, scald the milk. Slowly add in beaten egg yolks, salt, vanilla and whipped cream. Mix well.

SERVING
3) Freeze and then serve.
