Strawberry French Toast Triangles

Ingredients
  Low carb white bread slice 8
  Cream cheese 4 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)
  Strawberries 6 Medium, thinly sliced to make 1/2 cup
  Eggs 3 Large
  Low carb whole milk dairy beverage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon, divided
  Sugar free pancake syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar free strawberry jam 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Spread 4 slices of bread with 1 tablespoon cream cheese each and divide strawberries among them. Top with remaining bread to make sandwiches.
2. Lightly whisk eggs and dairy beverage in a shallow bowl.
3. Heat half of the butter in a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Dip sandwiches, one at a time, into egg mixture until saturated. Cook sandwiches, in batches if necessary, until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Add remaining butter to skillet as needed.
4. Meanwhile, combine syrup and jam in a small bowl. Microwave until jam is melted and syrup is heated, 15 to 30 seconds. Stir well. To serve, cut sandwiches into triangles and pour strawberry syrup.
