Tomatoes Au Gratin
|Cheese||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon, grated|
Peel tomatoes and cut in half.
Put some of the tomatoes in a greased fireproof dish with half the butter, pinch salt and pepper and sprinkle in half the crumbs and cheese.
Add the rest of the tomatoes and butter, crumbs and cheese.
Bake in a quick oven for 15 minutes.
