Ingredients
  Whipping cream 250 Milliliter
  Confectioners sugar 60 Milliliter
  Dessert crepes 12 (Crepe Batter)
  Raspberry preserves 500 Milliliter
  Peaches 80 Milliliter, sliced
  Apricot raspberry sauce 375 Milliliter
Directions

Whip the cream and fold in the sugar.
Spread the crepe with raspberry preserves, layer with the peaches and whipped cream.
Roll the crepes, place on serving plates.
Cover with the raspberry sauce and serve.
