Beefy French Onion Soup
|Canned beef broth||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 3/4 Cups, Swanson)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated fat free parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Kraft)|
|Thinly sliced onion||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Diced cooked roast beef||8 Ounce (Lean, 1 1/2 Cups)|
|Frozen peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Reduced calorie bread slice||4 , toasted and cubed (French Or White Bread)|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine beef broth, water, parsley flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
Stir in onion, roast beef, and peas.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
For each serving, place 1/4 of bread cubes in a bowl and spoon 1 1/2 cups soup mixture over top.
