Coffee Souffle

Ingredients
  Strong coffee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 6
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in milk, then add milk and sugar; heat and pour over beaten egg yolks.
Cook until thick.
Cool - fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into ring mold.
Serves 8.
