Asparagus French Style

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Asparagus 1 Bunch (100 gm) (Stringy Ends Removed)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare the asparagus by removing the stringy ends.

MAKING
2) Use a fry pan to heat up and melt the butter.
3) Place the asparagus on butter and toss well.
4) Cover the pan with a lid to cook for another 3 minutes.
5) Strain extra butter from the pan and stir in cream and tarragon.

SERVING
6) Serve immediately by garnishing with additional fresh tarragon.
