|Old potatoes||6 Pound, peeled and boiled|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
1) In a large mixing bowl, mash potatoes and put in the remaining ingredients. Whisk well until smooth and free of chunks.
2) Fill the mixture in a piping bag with a star vegetable nozzle. Also, line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.
3) Now, swirl out the potatoes mixture onto the baking sheet in the shape of pyramids with a base of about 2 inches. Make about 20 pyramids.
4) cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
