Smoked Mackerel Pate

Ingredients
  Smoked mackerel 1 Pound, skinned and boned (Approximately 450 Gram)
  Sweet butter 50 Gram, melted (1/4 Cup)
  Lemon 1 , rind grated and juice extracted
  Shallot 1
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Sliced cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Break up the mackerel fillets and put them in a blender with all the other ingredients except the cucumber.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and add more salt, pepper or lemon juice if necessary.
Chill the pate.
Arrange the cucumber slices overlapping in a circle on a dish.
Spoon the pate into the middle and serve.
