Lyonnaise Potatoes

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 6 Medium, chopped
  Browning sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onion in butter in large skillet until tender.
Add potatoes and enough water to cover; mix well.
Cook, covered, until potatoes are tender.
Stir in browning sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve with pork chops.
