French Onion Sauce

Ingredients
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Ounce, grated
  Onions 3 Medium, halved
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Worcestershire sauce 14 Teaspoon
Directions

Place steel blade in work bowl.
Add cut-up parmesan; process till finely chopped.
Remove and set aside.
Insert slicing disk in work bowl; slice the onions.
In a 2-quart saucepan cook the sliced onions in butter or margarine, covered, for 10 minutes.
Uncover, cook 10 to 12 minutes more or till lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the cornstarch.
Add the condensed beef broth and Worcestershire all at once.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Cook 2 minutes more.
Stir in parmesan; heat through.
To serve, spoon atop sliced roast beef on French bread or atop meat loaf, meatballs, or round steak.
