Ham And Eggs French Style

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Thin ham slices 4
  Eggs 4
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in heavy skillet and dip each side of ham into it.
Break 1 egg on each slice.
Turn up heat so that white becomes solid; cook for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with pepper, and salt if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
