|Water||120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

In clay pot or microproof casserole, cook onions in butter 7 minutes on HIGH, stirring three times.
Stir in flour, then add soup, water and wine and cook on HIGH 5 minutes longer.
Taste for seasoning.
To serve, place buttered toast slice in onion soup bowl, sprinkle with garlic powder, add soup and top with cheese.
Reheat at 80% power 1-2 minutes per serving to just melt cheese.
