FRENCH BEANS WITH TOMATO
|French beans||2 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Basil squares||2 Tablespoon|
Prepare and cook the beans in fast boiling salted water, then placed in a large frying pan and coat them with oil.
Skin and dice the tomatoes, chop the basil (or use dried), and the parsley and crush the garlic.
Add these ingredients to the beans and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with fried bread.
