Asparagus And Brie Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 80 Milliliter
  Asparagus 225 Gram, pared, blanched
  All purpose flour 60 Milliliter
  Chicken broth 750 Milliliter
  Sweet white wine 125 Milliliter
  Heavy cream 250 Milliliter
  Brie 125 Milliliter, rind removed
Directions

In a sauce pan, heat the butter.
Add the asparagus and saute until tender.
Stir in the flour, reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the broth, wine and cream.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer soup to a food processor or blender, puree.
Return to pot and reheat.
Stir in the cheese, continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
