Petits Pots De Creme Au Chocolat
|Semi sweet chocolate||4 Ounce, broken into pieces (4 Squares, 125 Gram)|
|Milk||315 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)|
|Cream||315 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)|
|Vanilla sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat the oven to 325°F (170°C).
Melt the chocolate in the milk and cream.
Mix the egg yolks, the whole egg and sugar in a large bowl.
Pour in the milk and chocolate mixture and stir to mix.
Strain the custard into 6 custard cups, cover with lids or buttered paper and stand in a double boiler of warm water.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the custard comes out clean.
