Mushrooms A La Grecque
|Button mushrooms||250 Gram|
|Olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato||1 Large, skinned and chopped|
|Coriander seeds||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
Wash and dry mushrooms.
Slice mushrooms if large.
Place all ingredients except mushrooms into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add mushrooms and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Place in a shallow serving dish, allow to cool, chill and serve.
