Jelly Souffle

Ingredients
  Tart jelly 150 Milliliter (1 Glass)
  Egg whites 3
  Chopped nut meats 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Melt jelly and while very hot add gradually to stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fold nuts in carefully.
Turn into greased baking dish.
Set in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven (350° F.) 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with Boiled Custard or whipped cream.
Serves 6.
