|Green onion and tops||1 , thinly sliced|
|Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
|Cooked crabmeat||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||2 , thinly sliced|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, melted|
Place 1-1/2 teaspoons margarine and the onion in 2-cup measure.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 1-2 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
Mix in cornstarch.
Stir in half-and-half, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Microwave, uncovered, about 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until thickened.
Stir in crabmeat and mushrooms.
Spoon into shell-shaped dish or 12-ounce, shallow casserole.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese and 1-1/2 teaspoons margarine.
Sprinkle over top.
Cover loosely and microwave, 1-2 minutes, or until hot.
