Crabmeat Au Gratin
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Pound (Combination Of White And Green Onions)|
|Celery ribs||3 , chopped|
|Evaporated milk||16 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Evaporated milk||5 1⁄3 Pound (1 Small Can)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Fresh white crabmeat||2 Pound|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Saute onions and celery in butter until soft.
Add flour and blend.
Add milk and blend.
Remove from heat.
Add egg yolks, crabmeat, salt, pepper and cheese.
Put in shells or in a casserole.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
Serves 6 to 8.
