Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Egg yolks 2 (Size 3)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon, strained (Of 1 Small Lemon)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a jug and melt butter for one minute on power.
2) Beat in egg yolks along with mustard.
3) Squeeze in lemon juice and salt.
4) Cook for a minute on power, stirring after 30 seconds.

SERVING
5) Serve with your favorite dish.
