Grilled Prosciutto & Brie Sandwiches
|Whole wheat bread slices||4|
|Prosciutto||1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced (Imported Variety)|
|Pomegranate chutney||2 Tablespoon (Bombay Emerald Royal Brand)|
|Olive oil spray||4|
Assemble each sandwich using a few slices of the prosciuto, the brie, and spread a table spoon of Royal Pomegranate chutney, on one slice of bread. Spray a well hearted non-stick pan with olive oil spray. Grill one sandwich on each side until lightly browned. Repeat with the second sandwich.
