Story
Making gratin dish are one of the easiest way of cooking. If you are a beginner who would like to learn how to cook, perhaps you can start experimenting making a vegetable gratin, aside from its easy to make, it is a healthy recipe and very tasty. I made my first gratin a couple of years ago during our yearly neighborhoud BBQ party. I made 1 kilo ground beef cooked with tomato sauce and place them in between some peeled layered potatoes, poured heavy cream over potatoes and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and baked it. Since then I had experiment different kinds of “Au gratin” dishes. Here is one of my healthy vegetable gratin recipe!
