Slow Cooker Cassoulet
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 1⁄2 Pound, cut up (1 Piece)|
|Leek||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Chopped fresh parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned white kidney beans||30 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)|
|Smoked sausage links||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.Take a slow cooker and add chicken, leek, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
2.Put beans and sausage in the cooker.
3.Put the lid on and place the cooker on LOW heat for 5-6 hrs.
4.Remove the cooker from heat when the chicken gets tender.
