|Basil tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Large garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Basil||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
1. Grill tomatoes. Remove skins and pips.
2. In a mortar or mill, take garlic and basil. Grind it to a paste.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add tomatoes.
5. Add oil drop by drop. Mix well.
6. Use Aillade as a flavouring for any plain vegetable dish.
