French Style Chicken Livers
|Chicken livers||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1.Take a pan and heat it.
Once heated, add chicken livers into it.
2.Add mustard sauce, soy sauce and brandy in the pan and cook the content for 2-3 minutes on low heat after covering the pan.
3.Once done, add a few green and black grapes and cook for further 1 minute.
4.Serve on a lettuce or cabbage leaf.
