Microwaved Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a dish, place butter.

MAKING
2) Microwave at HIGH until the butter melts.
3) Add onion and sauté until the onions turn brown.
4) Sprinkle flour and microwave for a minute.
5) In a separate bowl, add milk and chicken bouillon. Dissolve the bouillon by constant stirring.
6) Add cooked onion, nutmeg and pepper to this mixture.
7) Microwave for 2 minutes.
8) Stir well and again microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds more.

SERVING
9) Sprinkle additional nutmeg or pepper powder for extra flavor, before serving.
