French Brandy Dip
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pate de foie gras||1⁄2 Pound (8 Ounce)|
|Brandy||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.In a small bowl, put the cream and blend it well for 2 minutes using the rotary beater at medium.
2.Put pate de foie gras in the bowl and blend further at high.
3.Take a cup of brandy and heat it to flame.
4.Add it to the mixture when the fire puts off.
5.Blend until smooth.
6.Transfer the mixture in a small bowl and keep it for refrigeration.
7.Serve with French bread slices.
