Buttered French Beans
|French beans||500 Gram, trimmed|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
1) Cut French beans into half.
2) In plenty of salted boiling water, blanch the beans for 2-3 minutes and then refresh and drain thoroughly.
3) In a pan, melt butter over moderate heat.
4) Add French beans to the pan and toss it till well coated with butter.
5) Add pepper and salt and toss again.
6) taste and adjust the seasoning, if required.
7) Serve hot.
