Lentil Pate

Ingredients
  Snipped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Reduced-calorie margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Reduced sodium chicken bouillon granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Instant Variety)
  Canned pinto beans 16 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
  Cooked lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In small mixing bowl, combine parsley, onion, garlic, margarine and bouillon.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until margarine melts.
Pour into food processor bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Process until smooth.
Spoon mixture into small crock.
Cover and chill until firm.
Serve as a spread with unsalted crackers.
