|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Reduced-calorie margarine||3 Tablespoon|
|Reduced sodium chicken bouillon granules||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Instant Variety)|
|Canned pinto beans||16 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
|Cooked lentils||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In small mixing bowl, combine parsley, onion, garlic, margarine and bouillon.
Microwave at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until margarine melts.
Pour into food processor bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Process until smooth.
Spoon mixture into small crock.
Cover and chill until firm.
Serve as a spread with unsalted crackers.
