Basic French Or Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar/Tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting cover.
Shake vigorously before using.
Divide evenly.
