Buckwheat Crepes

My Asian aunt taught me how to make Buckwheat Crepes, she said this is a very popular Asian dish. I bet you haven't tried any Asian dish like Buckwheat Crepes. A good way to use up honey is to make some amazing Buckwheat Crepes. Once you try preparing this Buckwheat Crepes, I am sure you will be making it again!.
Ingredients
  Eggs 5
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Oil/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buckwheat flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in electric blender and process until batter is smooth.
Let rest for 2 hours to allow particles of flour to expand in liquid, resulting in a tender crepe.
Just before baking crepes, process batter again briefly to blend ingredients.
