|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced green onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Mixed salad herbs||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded lettuce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Boiled ham slice||8 Ounce (8 Slices)|
|Sesame seed hamburger buns/8 slices rye bread||4|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||1 , sliced|
Gradually beat milk and egg into cheese spread.
Combine mayonnaise, onion, salad herbs, and seasoned salt; mix with lettuce.
Place two 1-ounce ham slices on bun half or bread slice.
Top with lettuce mixture and close bun or add second slice bread.
Dip in cheese-milk mixture and brown on both sides in melted butter in skillet, about 5 minutes.(Electric skillet 350°.)
Serve immediately with sliced tomatoes.
