French Potato And Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked string beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut up
  Potatoes 2 Medium, boiled, peeled, and diced
  French dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 Small, sliced
  Black olives 6 , sliced
  Anchovy fillets 4 , cut into strips
Directions

1.
Toss the beans and potatoes separately with French dressing, and let them marinate several hours in the refrigerator.
2.
On a lettuce-lined platter arrange a circle of tomato slices around the outside edge.
3.
Spread the beans inside the tomatoes and overlapping them, and the potatoes in the center, overlapping the beans.
4.
Sprinkle the olives and anchovies over the potatoes, and serve with more French dressing.
