Baked French Toast

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1 Medium
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla extract 1 Dash
  Raisin bread slice 1
Directions

In a shallow bowl, combine egg yolk, water, salt, and vanilla.
Soak bread in mixture, turning at least once.
Let stand until all liquid is absorbed.
Place bread on baking sheet; bake at 350°F.
for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
